Is this ship in the film?

I work in a public library and an enquirer is trying to find out whether a frigate called the HMS Murray can be seen sailing into Portland Harbour during this film. It's only a very short scene. He's willing to buy the film on video/DVD once he knows for sure that this is the correct film, but we need to identify it first! Can anyone help?
