Region 1 DVD looks great, but why no trailer?

Since the trailer shows up on various bargain tapes about vampire movies, it obviously still exists. And there was certainly enough room to include it on the DVD. (And since this double DVD set from Universal is going for more than their other double DVD horror sets, it seems a stingy oversight.) However, the letterboxed print and rich color do make this DVD the best-looking the film has been since its original theatrical run.
