Does anyone know the artist and title of the song that Monica Vitti sings along to in the hotel scene?

Yeah, I was wondering this too. All I know about the Monica Vitti song is that in english the lyrics are something like "No, no, I'll never let you go" "yes, yes, etc." Maybe someone who speaks Italian could help? It was supposedly an Italian pop song from the time. Also, who does the song that plays over the opening credits?

Beaucoupjosue, are you certain that the song that Monica Vitti sings along with -- which sounds like a pop song -- was composed by Giovanni Fusco?

I have wondered about this song too. I could make out a little bit of the Italian at the beginning of the song, which sounds like: "no no mai ti lascero".

It's called Mai by Mina. I found it on Youtube once, and now I can't seem to locate it anymore. Because it's totally likely that you're still looking for it eight years later.
