Clothes also disappear
In invisible Man/Woman their clothes did not vanish with them so they had to disrobe to appear invisible.. For some reason this person's did. That has happened in other movies using this topic.

One plot device emerges that he loses the ability to control his appearance and disappearance. Not sure the world was ready for a naked transparent man becoming opaque at random moments in public in 1960. Maybe by 1970 though :/
shareIf I remember correctly, The Invisible Man's catalyst was internal. In this film it (radiation) was external. If it had not affected the clothes, I wish Major Krenner would have used Marguerite Chapman. 😍
