Lethal Ladies revisited

I haven't seen very many episodes but one that sticks with me is Lethal Ladies. I saw it in syndication in the late 70's and as a kid I thought it was great with a very surprising ending. Years later I would tell the plot story to my friends but I didn't know what show it was from, I mostly guessed Twilight Zone. Around 2005 a friend suggested I post an inquiry on the IMDB Twilight Zone thread and sure enough someone answered right away it might be from Thriller.
Of course Thriller had not been released in 2005 but 5 years later it finally got it's DVD release and I immediately Netflixed the disc that had Lethal Ladies on it..it had been approx 33 years since I'd first seen the episode and you can imagine how exciting to see it again, especially since Howard Morris was the main star!
