I watched it, but i didn't get many points !!!!
1) Why Corey at the end said to the cop that his name was Jeremy Ransom ??
2) Was it his ghost when Corey awoke ?? or is it just like he didn't die and they thought he did ??
3) Why did he skip the husband and go to the wife in the End ??
4) I didn't get the end when the old cop showed up !!

I just watched this episode. It may be one of those things left open to interpretation but I suspect that he didn't really die when they put him in the car. Perhaps when they scared him, he woke up believing that he really was Jeremy and so that's why he did what he did, by playing out the supposed ghost story. The old cop showing up at the end was a bit confusing too. Makes me wonder if they got in trouble for what they did or he just let it slide.

I think it was meant to be left up to the viewer but I took it that Corey was truly dead and his body was possessed by the ghost, he drew the police to the house to rescue his wife (who was of course long dead).
sharethe ending was confusing. i thought corey was not dead and returned to the house.
