No, there weren't any holiday shows. The reunion in 1977 was called, "A Thanksgiving Reunion with the Partridge Family and My Three Sons."

I asked about the lack of holiday episodes on another My Three Sons message board (now defunct) and was told that the creators wanted the show to stay mostly neutral when it came to religion to make it appealing to a wide audience. I don't know if that's true though. I do know that in the episode, "Ernie and the O'Grady," it's mentioned that they clean up the house on Sunday mornings, which is usually when most people go to church.
