What's the building shown at the beginning of every episode with the capitol in the background?

Reportedly "Marathon House" London NW1. Now converted to residential use with the entrance on Maryelbone Road. The Capitol was TV magic.

I can see my old BT building just in front of St Pauls. A place called Faraday.
