Dvd Quality is Horrible...HORRIBLE

I searched and searched for this movie until I finally found it in a pawn shop as a 'triple feature dvd'. The movie had good potential, however was ruined by mechanical bugs. For the entire movie the screen would start shaking and turn green every 10 minutes or so and for some strange reason is seemed to happen during almost all of Dennis Hoppers scenes. Very disappointing. Does anybody know of where I can order a fine-quality copy of this on either dvd or vhs? (Doubt it will ever be on Blu Ray) I would appreciate it a lot.
