The musical theme of the assistant

Way too playful for me. It distracted from all the other creepiness in the film. Perhaps it was made that way as sort of comic relief, but I really wish the music were different when she was stalking new prospects.

yea it was annoying, every time you saw her car that annoying music came on,almost like carnival type music,

reply

Agree 100%. I just saw it for the first time and thought the exact same thing--was going to post about it but you bet me to it...

The music was silly and stood out like a sore thumb. Should have had a very dark/eerie music or no music at all...

reply

Anyone else think that was some kind of homage to her role in "The Third Man"? That's the first thing I thought of when I heard that music.

reply

Agreed, easily the weakest part of a very good film.

Coz lifes too short to listen to Madlib

reply

Wicked Witch of the West definitely had a better theme song!

reply

I don't know the playful music playing while the assistant was taking people to get the faces cut off created an eerie juxtaposition for me

reply

Yeah

I thought it was totally wrong call.

It did not match the idea I had of the film and did not match the after impression I had either.

It's the only objectionable thing in the movie.
