Why isn't this included with the Scott/Boetticher Collection?

Why is this title left off the Sony DVD Collection from 2008 that includes Tall T, Decision at Sundown, Buchanan Rides Alone, Ride Lonesome, and Comanche Station. Same director, same leading man. Filmed during the same four year period. There's even a new compilation called the Randolph Scott Collection Vol 1 that had the same 5 titles but not this one. Why is this only available on Warner Archives? Maybe it's from a different studio perhaps. The other titles weren't Warner Bros pictures? It would've been perfect if they were all together in one box set.
