Where Can I Buy This DVD?

I'm looking to buy this film as a gift for somebody. I live in the United States and I'm looking for a Region 1 edition of this movie. The only place I've been able to find it is on Amazon's "New & Used" seller's list. There are four people selling it and the starting price is $95. I can't afford to pay that much for this movie. (It's out of print, which is why the price is so high).

Do any of you know where I can get a copy of this for a much better price? Thanks.
