Does anybody know why this film remains unreleased on DVD?

It is arguably the best film from the Tarzan series, and I love that Tarzan is literate, dangerous (killing when needed), and that silliness like Cheeta is downplayed.

Of course there are bootlegs on eBay, and overseas, but I want an official release with commentary, extras etc. Preferably on Blu-ray, but I would be happy even with a DVD.

Hi, this film has been available on DVD for a few years in the UK, that's where I got mine. I have an all-region player so it plays my PAL disc just fine.
