When this movies was made, I was the same age as Molly and Johnny and went through the same problems. Although my girlfriend and I also had raging hormones, our first priority was birth control. You can have just as much sexual relief and pleasure without intercourse and the risk of pregnancy! Were Molly and Johnny dumb?

The story doesn't make a lot of sense, and is basically a long rant against marriage and someone's ex-wife disguised as a drama. Which would be okay, I'm no great fan of marriage, IF there has been any intelligent discussion of available options. But no, the only options presented seem to be unprotected sex or soul-destroying frigidity. And you know what they say now, "there are no frigid women, there are only clumsy men"
