Liz Taylor screaming for help...

I love this movie and the best moment is when Sebastian gets eaten and Catherine (Liz) is screaming for help. Her voice is so dramatic, it gives me the chills and it actually scared me.

When I first heard her scream, I didn't even realize it was her at first! It gave me the creeps. Really effective.

If there ever was a blood-curdling scream, that was it! I couldn't believe someone could actually make that sound! She was amazing.

It's too bad she never worked for Books on Tape.

Why should I care? It wasn't me who got killed.

The final monologue gives me chills everytime.

That whole scene was pretty frightening, not to mention those instrumentals and the way the camera focused in on people, and her scream was fantastic. It sent chills down my spine.

lots of people think Elizabeth was over the top..geez her cousin was being eaten out of revenge!

Over the top? How is someone supposed to react if they saw a family member being murdered and eaten in the streets?

I enjoyed this movie, but the whole thing is pretty over the top. I loved the scene where Taylor, trying to escape her horrible family, runs through a door at the mental institution and winds up on a catwalk above the men's ward, starting a riot as one of the men jumps up and grabs her ankles. Then later in the movie, she runs out onto another catwalk overlooking the women's ward and contemplates suicide until a hunky orderly wrestles her away from the railing! Priceless!

I think that scream was amplified and echoed electronically but it is bloodcurdling nonetheless.
