Was Jason gay?

There was reference made to his being his age and not married and I could've sworn when he and Quentin were in the car on their way to visit the old lady and her daughter Quentin said to him "Jason why are we bothering with this, you don't like women and they don't like you". Did I hear that incorrectly?
