Peter O'Toole dubbed

Peter O'Toole, in an early role as a Canadian trooper, is very obviously dubbed in this film. It's really rather jarring - after a rather dreary first half, I was looking forward to O'Toole's eventual appearance and to not be allowed to hear his beautiful voice is quite unfair. I guess he wasn't a big star at the time and wasn't able to do a convincing accent. At least we get to see those striking blue eyes.
