This film has finally received 1000 votes and is now in several of the Top 50 lists by genre, and in the Top 50 list for the 1950-1959 decade. Once parts II and III also receive 1000 votes, they'll also be high up there on the relevant lists.
shareYes, and that's awesome :) The ratings have dropped a bit though, which is strange.. Hopely doesn't drop more in future (I can't see why that would even happen).

People who haven't seen the movie will vote it down because they dislike seeing it on the list. That is why ratings for films like this go down. Just look at something like Harakiri or High & Low. They'll be on the top 250 for a while, but then their ratings will drop because of it. :(
