Is it truly that bad?

To those who have seen the film, is it worthy of its not so stellar reputation, or is it a forgotten gem, and why?

"The Miracle" used to pop up on the Chicago television market in the 1960s so yes, I saw it some years ago. As I remember it the film is s tremendously melodramatic one and despite the effort expended in making the film not a good one at all. What I remember about it was that Ms. Baker was not up to the task of making something of this probably unplayable part (was anyone?).

Later I believe I read an interview of Roger Moore where he stated that he wore a jacket designed for Rosiland Russell in "Auntie Mame" in "The Miracle", which gave his opinion of his part in the film very wryly and amusingly.

For some reason this film has never made the list of "All-time classic bad films." I cannot imagine why as, to put it kindly, it should be on all lists.
