Change of Locale - London to Paris

You almost have to laugh - Hammer changed the setting of the story from London to Paris, yet except for Diffring (whose character we know is from Germany because it's mentioned) the usual British accents prevail, and how! Guess Hammer wasn't about to make the same mistake twice when they did PHANTOM OF THE OPERA 3 years later: they relocated the setting from Paris to London!
