disguised as greatness. Whoever wrote the first review on here didn't see the same wretched mess I did. Overall, perhaps a hair above "The Bloody Pit of Horror", but in 10 seconds I might change my mind.
There is nothing more beautiful than Skelton Knaggs and/or Reggie Nalder. You choose.
One of the reviewers blames the dubbing for the inane dialog, which is what I suspected as I watched Legions of the Nile. At least, I would like to think that a director with something of a reputation in Europe wouldn't have wasted millions of lire on the drek that I saw. I don't mean to suggest that the original Italian version could be very good - I can't imagine any improvement in dialog, editing, or aspect ratio that would make me enjoy those bar fight scenes - just not as horrible as the version shown on American TV.
