One of my favourite Glenn Ford movies

I can't understand why this film is not more highly rated. I think the chemistry between Ford and Debbie Reynolds is superb here and was apparently carried off-screen as well! Ford is at his most attractive and sexy in this film and plays a very believable character, quite different to most of his other roles. Fred Clark has his hilarious moments too and the rest of the cast are excellent. The comic moments are spot on when directed by the veteran of the genre, George Marshall.
