After a group photo is taken of the leaders (the one where the photographer tells everyone to "take off their hats")and everyone walks away after the photo is taken I thought I heard someone say "John Wayne".

Just Kiddin'. I saw this in the Theaters in 1959 and have viewed it many times on various cable channel's over the years,....but want to get the DVD when I can. Amazingly;...there have been many 'Flub's' like the one of which you speak, the funniest though has to be in "Godsend" with Robert De Niro et. al. the kid is Yakking in the back of the vehicle just before his Pops (Greg Kinnear) dang near wrecks & Moms (Rebecca 'Romaine' Lettuce) sticks her big breasts in the boy's face and the kid actually say's "Boobies!" Hilarious!
