Earliest boob joke of the Hays Code era?

Does this movie feature the first genuine boob joke of the Code era? You can tell this movie comes towards the break up of the Code's grip on Hollywood, I can't imagine genuine cleavage in a 1949 Hollywood film, but I could be wrong.

Modern Times has a boob gag in it (ten points to whoever figures it out), but it didn't feature actual skin. This one did.

No way it was the first. As I pointed out in another thread, the writers stole Constance Towers' line from Grace Kelly word-for-word in To Catch a Thief, which was filmed and released four years earlier. Prince Albert of Monaco called to say his mother's estate wants the line back!

The joke is set-up immediately before when Hannah says to Marlowe: 'Come now, Colonel. A man with a great big frame like yours, can't just nibble away like a little ol' titmouse.'

Watch Howard Hugh's "The Outlaw," and look at Jane Russell....

I don't act...I react. John Wayne

I've seen the Legend Films DVD of The Outlaw", which I believe is the uncut version. There is an astonishing amount of cleavage for 1940s Hollywood. No wonder Hughes had serious problems exhibiting the film. I believe he had to settle for an edited down version in 1946.
