Missing scene?

I just saw this movie for the first time on a local horror movie show. The rat scene was there, and as awful as you can imagine. It isn't eaten so much, as it is squeezed. He picks up the rat with his hand farthest from the camera, while the nearer hand facing away is clearly holding what appears to be a wet rag. The hands are together, and he squeezes the wet rag to look as if he's juicing the rat.
