I'm assuming its because I did't read the book, but I really enjoyed the movie. It wasn't perfect, but it was still pleasant...

The movie is good, but the book is magical. You should try to get a copy. I'm sure every library has at least one.

I didn't read the book either, but I enjoyed the film much more than I thought I would. It has such a bad reputation ! But Ferrer's direction was not bad and Audrey and Tony made a cute couple, they looked like brother and sister :)
