Should Orpheus Descending be remade?

So whats the opinions around here, I liked the film enough to see how it could be remade if they cast the right actors...

I haven't seen the Fugitive Kind, but I'm really enjoying Orpheus Descending, and would love to see it either made into a film or revived on stage.

It was remade, in 1990. A great version in fact!
