Courtroom Scenes Like "The Caine Mutiny"
Am I the only one who thought that the trial was similar to "The Caine Mutiny?" First of all, the actor playing the prosecutor is the same in both movies: E.G. Marshall. In both movies he had a case that couldn't be lost - yet he lost them both. In TCM he lost because of a brilliant cross-examination by Jose Ferrer. In this movie he lost because of a brilliant summation by Orson Welles.
