'Frozen Ghost'?

Over the years I've seen a movie called "Frozen Ghosts", with a very similar plot, although I seem to remember a "Nazi" subplot. I can't find reference to it anywhere on IMDB. The movie is so similar (to my recollection), that I used to think I was watching "The Brain", until near the end. Anyone know/seen anything about "Frozen.."?

You must be thinking of 1967's "The Frozen Dead", starring Dana Andrews.
This features a bunch of amputated ARMS!

Thanks! That's the movie, it's something that seems to slip in and out of my memory for decades now. It seemed that severed-heads where an "item" for a few years back in the sixties 😀

Yes, The Frozen Dead has a women's head. She/it whispers "bury me" at the end.

Creepy film.

THAT'S the movie! Too many movies with animated severed-heads during the sixties to keep up with 😀

I know it is over a year after you posted but you may have been thinking of They Stole Hitler's Brain aka Madmen of Mandoras.

"Dr. Pretorius. He's a very queer looking old gentleman."

Thanks for responding. A couple of posts above you responded with "Frozen Ghost", and that title totally rings the bell. I'm going to look up your title as well, though. It might be the same movie, or another "take" on the "severed-head" theme of sixties horror 😀

"Frozen Ghost", although I KNOW I've seen the movie is only to be found, under that title, in an unrelated movie, circa 1945. The Search......
