There were real life experiments with animals head transplants since the 1950s (that I know of) on dogs, mice & monkeys. Making this movie "The Brain That Wouldn't Die" (which was ready in 1959 & released in 1962) very much a realistic!

What do you guys think?

I recently read in a magazine (I can't remember which one) that there is a neurosurgeon in Italy who thinks that he will be able to do this in the near future!

And even more amazing, there is a man who has a horrible genetic disease that is causing his body (but not his head) to waste.

sounds iffy. The face-transplants they are doing are having problems; the medicine to control the rejection of the new face is causing severe side-affects. The first women to be a recipient died recently while in her 40's. You heard Jan: "it would reject, it would reject"
