I have a very vivid recollection of seeing a movie very similar to this on late night TV maybe in the early 90's. It was also a movie from the 60's, except it was maybe mid-60's. It was in color and it had that soft looking cheap color with kind of a blueish tint. A woman's head kept alive on a table and there were a wall of arms near it that the head could control. I remember it had one of the arms strangle a guy. Can anyone please help me with this? I can't remember or find the title anywhere. Thank you
