Those awful men!

Really there's no male character in this movie who is worth being with, but Diane Baker's boyfriend really takes the cake. He tells her they are going to get married, then when she's in the car he tells her just kidding, I'm really taking you to get an abortion. Which of course was illegal at the time. I guess it didn't occur to him that this really wasn't his decision. Total jerk.
