the mysterious bottle

Apu's co-worker complains how his wife is everything he doesnt want in a woman (he wants a woman who fights back, and he also wants lots of children) and caps it off by holding up a strange banana shaped bottle. Is that some sort of female douche bottle (to prevent pregnancy)?
