Just a weak attempt at Col. O`Bannion trying to be a suave ladies man...I thought it was a dumb line too, def. didnt fit O`Bannion at all as he looked far from a ladies man. Very laughable.

Nopers. Worst line in movie history...Les Miserable (w/Charles Laughton). Jean Valjean carries a guy running from the revolution on his back through the sewers. Later in a home when the guy's in bed and concious he tells his savior "I know what you must have gone through to bring me here."
