Who played 17 year old manicurist Tessie DiGiovanni?

The young girl who was shot to death in the crossfire at the barber shop when Nitti was bumping off Tony 'Mops' Volpe and Gus Raddi with his tommy gun in the first episode "The Empty Chair". I know the actress who played Tessie wasn't credited in either the episode or the IMDb cast page. If anybody does know who played Tessie DiGiovanni I will appreciate the info.
