If you adjust for inflation the $5,000 in 1962 would be about $43,550 in 2021 which would be a bargain to get back another 50 so years of life and health.

You think so? My philosophy is if you've lived a good life, who the hell needs another FIFTY years? The world we live in today is terrifying enough! Can't even imagine what it's going to be like in half a century.

it's pretty much just like that for the poor. For the select elite they have a good time.
