Mine might just be Pat Carter from "Nick of Time." I like how she, not Don, was the strong one in the relationship. And that The Mystic Seer's spell on Don is ultimately broken because of her intervention. I can see characters like her being part of the DNA of Ripley and other beloved modern female icons.

Patty (Susan Cummings) - "To Serve Man" - She alone figures out what "To Serve Man" really means. Plus, she utters one of the most memorable lines in possibly all of media.
Ballerina: "We're nameless things with no memory, no knowledge of what went before. No understanding of what is now, no knowledge of what will be." What a badass.

Vera Miles as Millicent Barnes in "Mirror Image." Her speech about parallel worlds mid-way through the episode is one of the eeriest moments of Season One.
Yep, Anne Francis was Amazing in the Zone and so beautiful.

Anne Francis was brilliant but why her character saw anything in Billy Ben is beyond me. She deserved better ... much, much better.
one of my picks is a lady that don't exist in the tv episode but on the radio drama version of the hour long "thirty-fathom grave" episode, as the episode's main fella is being put away in the sick bay era where she works, she's very stable but at the same time very supporting and what you would want i suppose as your mind was slipping as his appeared to be doing in the eyes of the rest of the crew. as for other picks, both of kate jackson's radio appearances had her starring in great parts, one being the favourable to many it seems "the hitch-hiker", and the next pick may seemed a bit messed up, but i also liked her cleopatra role because its so atmospheric and mystic, it would be more far out if a woman of that origin had actually played the part though. but there are so many its kind of an impossible question to answer, here are to name just a few more, "jess-belle", helen foley (also in the twilight zone 1983 movie), the cruel and hilarious little girl in "caesar and me" (kind of like an early take on family guy's stewie as she plans to take out her aunt with poison darts), the main role in "number 12 looks just like you", laura in "the incredible world of horace ford" just for putting up with horace ford.
