Funny how they wear their big fluffy dresses when it's so hot! Also --drinking all that fruit juice. Can't imagine that would be very thirst quenching!!!

It was a seersucker. All cotton. Probably would have been drenched with sweat and weighed 50 pounds.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

The guy wearing a suit jacket was in her dream/ sickness hallucination.
The reality of the episode is after she wakes up. There is no man in a suit, that was only in her dream. People keep laughing about this sweaty man in a suit. Anything is possible in a dream. Everything we see in the episode except for the very end is her dream. You are laughing because something in her dream is illogical?
Have they even watched the episode?

The only thing I thought was silly was the guy wearing the sports jacket with no shirt.

Yes, we have puzzled over this. The only answer I can think of is that they were going towards the sun. It may have been really painful to be in the sunshine. Think of a sunburn-to the 5th power. During this past summer, when it was amazingly hot, I would frequently wear long sleeve shirts.
