Episode of Bullwinkle imitating Clem Kadiddlehopper?

From IMDb Trivia section:

"Representatives for Red Skelton contacted the producers claiming that Bullwinkle's voice was an unauthorized use of a character voice created and owned by Skelton for his character "Clem Kadiddlehopper". Jay Ward responded by having a segment on the show where Bullwinkle would address the issue . . . in a voice that was a deliberate imitation of Clem Kadiddlehopper".

Did some on-line searching but no luck. Anyone know which year/episode?

 You know what’s funny? The thing you mention here I actually remember seeing in subsequent reruns of the show, but for the life of me I don’t recall the specific episode! According to a book titled The Moose That Roared authored by one Keith Scott, the whole thing blew up at some point in late 1961. (Scott quotes from a Newsweek article dated December 4, 1961.)
The show had switched networks in September, 1961 I think, and by December…
