Does anyone remember the 'Hey Rocky!' song from the late '80's?

I remember there was a song called "Hey Rocky!"...it was a late 80's electronica dance song where the words were just sounds bite clips from the "Rocky and Bullwinkle" show...mostly from the "Goof Gas" episode.

Anyone remember it, or know where I can find it?
