Allen Case gets whipped in "The Deputy"

Does anyone know the name of the episode, or remember anything about the episode, in which Allen Case was tied up and whipped across the back?

I started watching this on MeTv. I love this show. I never heard of it before. Too bad it was only on for a short time.
