only movie titled with only small letters?

i had to check it out couse i don't think i've ever seen critics give such low rating to a movie airing on tcm, i actually felt a bit dizzy watching this, man, how scary was this to the kids, (i mean like some of the toys and special effects). anyway, at first i wondered where the story was, the first 20 minutes all i saw was this guy dancing in a room. (it moved on afterwards though.) by the way, i actually felt high anxiety (or whatever the word is, you know, a funny feeling in my stumach) when he jumped off the cradle.
