Where was this movie filmed?

I just watched it on The Military Channel and couldn't help but wonder where the Berlin bombed-out-city scenes were shot? And what about the penultimate scene on the Autobahn? Good movie but I don't know that I rank it above The Spy Who Came In From The Cold. . . just my 2 cents and thanks in advance for any info any of you can provide.
