There is one line in this film that made me laugh out loud. Isolde Poole is defending "Rock-A-Bye" to her husband, and she says, "Rock-A-Bye has one of the best reputations in the East. Why, they get some of the best babies there! They're right between Yale and Smith." Priceless.

My favorite line was when Miss Novick from the adoption agency says she's working on her doctor's thesis, and Augie Poole says, "Why doesn't your doctor work on his own thesis?"

There was a line about 'dandruff and a tweed coat' that made me giggle - and now I have to watch this again to hear it in context.
