The eyes have it (?)

To sum it up, not a bad film UNTIL the "monsters" show up!
The spfx in this film look like they were conceived and executed by fifth graders for a school project!
My first time seeing this was on TV in the early 60's, and even as a kid it was strictly amateur night!
Not even in "it's so bad it's good" territory!
