Navy sub captains wife a guerilla?

Of all the services, I think the navy runs the tightest ship, <no pun intended> as far as spouses are concerned. I think its just so the home front will never be used to coerce the people in a position to use the ship as a weapon, or in this case, a non-weapon.

Its almost like the officer and his wife are promoted or skipped over as a unit. There would never be a situation, where a sub captains wife, would refuse relocation to "hide out" in the mountains of a country in harms way.

Interesting premise......but bordering on science fiction, she'd have to be a Stepford wife, to make this decision.
