Whoa great page here billyglenn thanks again for the link . Imagine someone having this framed poster and putting it up in there living room . It's an awesome poster but it would possibly scary too many " non-horror fans " when visiting for dinner . Although if it were " The Addams Family household " it would be the perfect conversation piece .
See you here then Mr. Young Man Eddysfitzboy ( Ring A Ding ? ) . Totally looking forward to viewing this film since I have never seen or heard of it before ( yet another lost treasure of a film found to me here - again via Sven ) . So can't wait popcorn and beverage of choice will be ready at that time as well .
Cool thanks VincentPriceIsRight now I will have something great to follow-up this awesome Sven Feature . Totally love TCM too ! Off I go to watch Sven now .
Hey VincentPriceIsRight, The House of Wax doesn't start until 0245hrs where I'm at. That's a little too late for me so I just set the DVR allowing me to enjoy it at a more reasonable time... for an old knucklehead anyway.
I just started watching Sven. I've invested about 15 minutes so far and all I can say is, I hope this movie starts getting better real soon!
Anyway, thanks for the TCM tip.

Whoa there Eddysfitzboy that's even a little bit earlier than my time which is 3:45AM for " House of Wax " ( but will most likely skip that one here because I have it on DVD already ) . I do however want to catch the one before it at 2AM ( my time here ) " Madhouse " from 1974 which I will push on for since I haven't seen that one surprisingly . This movie seems to be picking up a bit now . I think this production was going for " character development " from the start as to let us get to know the main characters better I guess .
Totally recycling movie scores from other films like " Creature from the Black Lagoon " must have been on a budget but still think it's great - still makes it memorable too . . Gideon character looks very similar to actor Vincent Price .
I've seen this many times when I was a kid on a show called Graveyard Shift that was on late night on Saturdays in the 60s. I had forgotten how good it was and of course that disembodied head hypnotic eyes were very scary. I love all of the Svengoolie trivia about the movie and actors and the songs are fun too.
