I really enjoyed this film. IMDB estimates cost of making this $65,000. Even for 1958, that's VERY little money. By this time, even AIP was spending more. Plus, they had a name star, Irish McCalla. Wasn't the Asian guy a tv star by this time? Bonanza or Bachelor Father, or something? For the budget, I think this movie is quite good. I wonder why Irish didn't become a bigger star? Any thoughts on that? I really felt for the wife of the mad scientist. Very sympathetic role.

She wasn't a very good actress and she knew it. Read and interview with the male star of this and he said she was stuck-up,sulky, and never pleasant. A biatch!
