Not great but not that bad!

All this talk of dud's made me think this was going to be truly terrible but thankfully it wasn't that bad. It wasn't hilarious but it did make me laugh in quite a few places. It is a slightly odd combination of an British Ealing comedy crossed with an american family sitcom that reminded me of The Dick Van Dyke Show or Bewitched. I thought at first that Newman was miscast but by the end I thought he'd done pretty well with the role. The humour is a bit broad at times Collins actually seems a lot older than her 25 years and maybe it could have been ten minutes shorter but overall I thought it was quite enjoyable.
