The name of the mayor's assistant is never uttered in the film (or at least does not show up in the sub-titles). Who is the actor who portrayed him?

I think his name is spoken by other characters, as they speak of him in the 3rd person. They ask of the minister "Will you be taking Dre... to office with you?". Also he puts his own name card on his plate when he sits at the dinner table.
